First Meeting

In order to get started new clients must book a Meeting in order for us to meet you and your pet(s) and

address the needs of your pet(s) in detail. I can also answer any questions you may have

about me and my services. The visit is usually 30-40 minutes.

Policies

Holiday Surcharge

Our holiday surcharge of $10 applies to visits scheduled on New Year's Eve, New Year's

Day, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4^th, Labor Day Weekend, Rosh

Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving Day and the two days prior and after and

Christmas Day and the two days prior and after

Gas Surcharge

A $5 Gas surcharge applies per day to pet services that occur out of the 10 mile radius

from Orangetown where Fetch-A-Bone is based out of.

Payments

Cash, check are accepted for payment. New or vacationing clients must pay 50% of the

estimated bill at contract signing. For those clients who are signing up for monthly services such as daily

walking will be invoiced every week.

Fetch-A-Bone Referral Program

Here at Fetch-A-Bone one of the biggest compliments is referrals from our clients. For each referral that

turns into a signed contract a $5 bonus credit will be issued to that client a thank you from Fetch-A-Bone.
